We do undertake construction of residential buildings, office blocks, warehouses and the associated civil works such as storm water drains, paved access roads, lined drains, paving blocks and landscaping.
As part of the works we undertake in paving pedestrian footpaths and roads, we are an equal expert in cabro fittings. We have continued to provide our clients with properly compacted and well-levelled cabro pavements. Intactness under maximum loading and extreme weather conditions have proved the quality of work we do.
As a company we have additionally invested in the design skills and installment of biological septic tank/ bio digesters in Kenya. Our bio-digester tanks are designed to be incubators to bacteria and to provide all the conditions necessary for aerobic and anaerobic decomposition of organic waste.
Cobuin Solutions Limited also assists through the process of site development and acquisition, procurement and construction stages of the project. Our expertise therefore encompasses all aspects of site development and planning applications.
Additionally, we also manage the product procurement process on your behalf, enabling you to have a single point of contact. This may include all your equipment, electrical, mechanical accessories and the requisite building materials
